What We Collect

  • Details you give us — name, email, phone — via our Contact form, the Celebration Quiz, or a consultation booking.

  • Order details — billing/shipping address, order contents, and (for physical orders) delivery information. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider (Squarespace Payments) — we never see or store full card numbers.

  • Event details you share with us — date, venue, guest count, theme, budget — used only to design and quote your stationery.

  • Website usage data — via cookies and Squarespace Analytics (pages visited, general location, device type).

  • Marketing preferences, if you opt in to emails from us.

How We Use It

  • To respond to enquiries and deliver quotes, consultations, and proposals.

  • To design, produce, and fulfil orders (custom, semi-custom, digital, and branding).

  • To process payments and prevent fraud.

  • To send you marketing emails — only if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

  • To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.

Who We Share It With

We use third-party services to run the studio and this website. Each only receives the data it needs to do its job:

  • Squarespace — website hosting, checkout, and payment processing.

  • [Mailchimp] — if you sign up for our mailing list.

  • Print and production partners — for physical orders, we share the details needed to produce and ship your piece (e.g. names, wording, delivery address).

We don't sell your personal data to anyone.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Because we operate  in the UAE and use international service providers (like Squarespace, a US company), your data may be stored or processed outside the country you're in. Where this happens, we rely on our providers' standard safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses under UK GDPR) to keep your data protected.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and order data for as long as needed to fulfil your order, meet accounting/tax obligations, and resolve any disputes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your Rights

If you're in the UK/EU, under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Correct inaccurate data.

  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").

  • Object to or restrict certain processing, including marketing.

  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

  • Complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we've mishandled your data.

If you're in the UAE, you have equivalent rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
