The Process

A one-to-one video call, your chance to tell us all about your event and how you want the day to feel.
Once we understand your vision, we create a moodboard and proposal. If you're working with an event stylist, we coordinate with them so your stationery matches your styling. We present options for formats, printing, and finishing. Once approved, a 50% deposit secures your design slot and we begin.
Your stationery should enhance your decor; it's the finer details that enhance your guests' experience. To keep everything cohesive, we begin designing no earlier than 6 months before your wedding date (invitations can be designed up to a year in advance, as a hint of what's to come).
You'll receive 3 drafts to perfect your design. Once signed off, we move to print with trusted partners, quality-checking every piece before it leaves the studio — and before it reaches your guests' mailboxes or your venue on the day.

Your Investment

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Each package below reflects the design fee for that tier — printing and production are quoted separately based on item and quantity. Explore our suites.

For very small, intimate weddings or gatherings
Includes design & coordination for up to 4 items (e.g. menu, name tag, signage), with 2 design concepts and 2 rounds of revisions. With fewer items to manage, the process stays streamlined without sacrificing a cohesive, polished finish.
Best for:
– Small guest lists with minimal stationery needs
– A handful of menus, name cards, or a single welcome sign
– Simple, cohesive design without extensive coordination
Design fee: from AED 1,500
For medium-scale weddings or styled events (up to 150 guests)
Includes design & coordination for up to 6 items, 3 design concepts, 3 rounds of revisions, and bilingual layout support if required. At this level, there are usually more guest-specific elements — individual menus, place cards, table layouts — that need more time to organise, cross-check, and prepare accurately. This package allows for a more considered design process and careful coordination, so every piece is consistent, correct, and ready for the day.

– Medium-scale weddings or styled events (up to 150 guests)
– Multiple stationery items
– Events where names, seating, and layouts need more coordination
Design fee: from AED 2,500
For large weddings or multi-area events (up to 250 guests)
Includes design & coordination for up to 8 items, a print-ready suite, vendor coordination, mock-ups, and special finishes. With a higher number of guests and items, the work involved increases significantly — from managing names and menus to preparing seating charts, signage, and layouts. Every piece is individually checked, organised, and prepared for accuracy and consistency, so everything runs smoothly on the day.

– Large weddings or multi-area events (up to 250 guests)
– Complex seating plans and multiple signage points
– Clients who want a fully considered, polished stationery suite
Design fee: AED 3,500-5000
For events that don't fit neatly into a standard package
Tailored concept development for brand launches, VIP events, or custom design suites, with full creative direction. This may include custom formats, unique materials, large installations, or a fully tailored design concept. Pricing is scoped to the design, production, and coordination required — including print coordination where needed — giving full creative freedom while every detail is still handled with care.
